In 2012 Kent Schwab founded “Full Sail Benefits,” which is an independent agency representing Allstate’s Benefits Workplace Division. Mr. Schwab has served on many community and civic chamber of commerce boards including Club 100 of Anne Arundel County, Gibson Island Country School and co-chair of the “Delivering the Future” Capital Campaign. He began his career with Allstate Insurance Company in 1977 and in 1995 founded the Kent Schwab Agency, which is an affiliate of Allstate. In 2012 Kent Schwab founded “Full Sail Benefits,” which is an independent agency representing Allstate’s Benefits Workplace Division. Mr. Schwab is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson College with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.

Nicole founded Full Sail Benefits with Kent Schwab and has been a huge asset, as our Vice President. Nicole Is involved in many areas of the business including Sales and Marketing, but truly prides herself on the top notch customer service provided by the agency. In her spare time Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, giving back to the community thru Kara Cares and traveling. She is also involved in the local area and business communities where she is a member of BNI, Mid Atlantic Networking, BWI Commerce and Towson Chambers of Commerce.
Mel Hays has been in the insurance business for more than 30 years. He provides small and medium size businesses with group health insurance and voluntary benefits. Mel also assists businesses in planning and implementing programs and strategies to cope with National Healthcare Reform and the ever increasing cost of providing employee benefits. He is a past member of Coventry Advisory and TASC President Advisory.
Ken Karnes has 4o plus years’ experience in voluntary benefits and benefits communications. He has been involved with administration and enrollment of Sect 125 plans for over 35’ years. He has been a pass member of The Million Dollar Round Table, The Court of the Table, and The Top of the Table. Ken enjoys making employees feel great about choosing the right benefits for themselves and their families.
Lus Tobar is dedicated to helping employees learn about how beneficial our benefits are and walking them through how to get there benefits paid off. What makes Lus such a great asset is that she is in the office so when an employee has questions or concerns about their benefits she is quickly able to respond to their needs.
